Carolyn Olney is President of Vision Consulting LA.   Previously, she served as Advocacy Manager at St. Joseph Health System, where the website she managed received the CIVIE award for excellence in web-based advocacy.

   Carolyn has been recognized for her communications and policy leadership in the areas of healthcare and community based organizations.  She currently serves as chair of   Relations Committee for the Southern California Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.  Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from California State University, Fullerton and Claremont School of Theology awarded her a Master’s of Divinity degree, where she specialized in Urban Ministry. She also completed course work in public relations at UCLA Extension.
